I was disappointed that hardware (ie. a screw and nut) was not included in the delivery of my wood block. This was not cheap and I would expect more.
Easy to literally put in the pocket on a night out to the pub. If a session starts up I am ready for action. I love the sound too. Thanks
At first I thought this item was kind of pricey, a little much for what you get. So I looked around for pieces to put one together on my own. It’s simply easier and quicker to buy this single item. It’s a solid cymbal holder. I also bought the large bell. Again, seems pricy. But I had already bought a bell at a local office supply store that cost much less but was not as well made and the sound was real weak. It’s not like there is a lot of manufacturers or competition on these bells. Solid products that work and sound great.

This was the perfect gift for my husbands birthday. Unique and something he would not buy on his own. He started playing it immediately and our kids could not help but dance to their daddy’s music! Thank you for creating a moment I never want to forget!

We are so happy, we stumbled across the washboard. My son has autism, and trying to figure out a way to expose him to the arts and avoid stress was difficult. With the washboard being metal, he can bang a way with minimal worry, and with the different attachments begin to conceptualize different notes, although at present, he has no interest in learning to read music. This is a fun introduction. We will likely be getting a second so we can “play” along with him.

Order delivered as expected with all parts except the hotel bell. Notified CW right away and they corrected problem immediately with bonus for my inconvenience. Easy to install and a nice sounding ding. This is a present for my musician daughter and she is happy with it. She had to remind me it’s a musical instrument and not a typical washboard to wash clothes on. Thanks
These two wood blocks are perfect for my musical washboard and I haven't come across anything else quite like them in the percussion world. They have contrasting tones and mounting them adjacent to one another on my board makes it possible to produce some cool effects. The wood material is light--I found that a #6 wood screw and washer anchored them to my board securely--be sure to use the washer. Great product!
I have had such a great experience with this company and this instrument. The washboard was surprisingly lite and has a great sound. The cymbal, bells and woodblock all project and are a good quality.
The original board I got had some cosemetic damage due to shipping but they were super nice and sent me a new washboard. Their customer service was fast at responding and answered all questions I had! They even helped guide me on finding thimbles that fit me better than the original ones sent.
I'm very satisfied with the instrument and the customer care that they give.
