We are Cincinnati Washboards, driven by a passion to build the most versatile and mobile percussion set ever.

What started as a quick fix for a gig in 2015 became a mission to create a musician’s washboard, crafted from patent-pending designs and sustainably sourced materials. Since launching the first-ever washboard designed specifically for music, we’ve been embraced by musicians from around the world.

Solid quality ... well made and strong!

The Pocket Washboard is great! Easy to carry around and has a great full sound for its size. I had never played washboard before, but Lucho and Tim were super helpful at PASIC when I came to their booth and made sure I had everything I needed to get started! Big Boss Bundle: exceptional sound and build quality

I purchased the Big Boss Whashboard Bundle model (rusted) and I was immediately impressed by its build quality and attention to detail. The sound is excellent and works well with a variety of styles and rhythms. The instrument is solid, well-designed, and makes it easy to start playing, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced musician.

After a couple of weeks of playing, I can’t put it down—it's been incredibly fun and keeps getting more enjoyable with every session. The design is also very appealing: the rustic look and detailed craftsmanship give it a distinctive charm.
